Haih. There wasn't a part one to begin with, but Mozilla just decided to shut down and with it my super long blog entry for the day. Ugh Ugh UGH.

So, going to try rebuild this blog entry again.

This CNY is really kinda fruitful. Especially with the angpaus that I got. Hehe. But with all the shopping I did in my last Melaka trip I guess I'm gonna be broke once more. Lol. Me the ultra EGL/GL/Japanese streetwear shopaholic. Nobody can understand my obsession for it. Especially my parents. I just love EGL and GL so much. No, love is not the right word. OBSESSED with it. Haha.

Top 3 places to shop for EGL/GL/Japanese streetwear(for all I know that is):

a) MOMOE in Duty Free.
~ They sell the nicest shoes(especially MaryJanes), bags, BERETS(ooo,lovin' it), clothes, socks, wallets, purses, accessories. Love, Love, LOVE this place.

b) The little gerai in Mahkota.
~ I'm officially a VIP here. =P I'm obsessed with their clothes and never fail to buy something here. Lol. Their clothes are more to goth and punk.

c) GL Beauty and the other shop opposite it at the new expansion site in Mahkota. Missed out my chance at shopping here this time but I'll be back. They sell AUTHENTIC EGL and GL clothes. I can't believe I saw the shops just as I was about to leave. Cred.


EGL. When can I showcase you the right way? Sigh..

MinJern came for a Magic:The Gathering card session. Had a lot of laughs together. I practically shed tears. Of laughter. And there was this particular joke MinJern and Ko brought up. Boy, didn't I laugh like a mad maniac. But I won't mention what. Hehe. But it has something to do with this card.

Mahkota Hotel. (used to be called Century Mahkota). They have Disney Channel! Watching Hannah Montana while eating the best black pepper crabs is tan coolio. It's the life.

Me and my family were supposed to go to the temple and we were kinda lost even though this is not the first time we're going there. He was telling us directions. Ok, you think there's no problem with that and I should be grateful. But what he's saying was different from what he's directing with his hands. I was pretty suspicious already. And I was right. He can't differentiate left and right. He said turn left, his hand point right. Lol. In the end, we got even more lost. Thank god we ask another lady. And she said right. My oto-san just didn't believe we were supposed to turn right. There wasn't even a left turning. Weird and funny.

Happy CNY 2007 everyone.

I'd been waiting for this day for SO long. Cos it means:

1. I get to wear my brand new clothes (which are super emo-looking and EGL, but better leave this after the first few days of new year.
2. No more decorating pots of plants with ribbons and furry stuff, there's like 15 plus of them.
3. No more spring cleaning for this year. It's always hectic preparing and cleaning up for CNY.
4. Most importantly, it also signifies the starting of the hols and one week of rest at home instead of getting BBQ-ued under the sun at entah how many degrees and listening to kinda boring lessons (as I practically have no more energy to pay attention in class. When I have the chance I actually take a lil' nap, right in front of the teachers. Assembly is my favourite moment, especially when the Pengetua and Pn Dyh are talking about the school's horrible maintanence of discipline, cleanliness, bla bla bla.)

But the arrival of CNY also means.. :

1. Visiting relatives. (it's actually ok, but there are certain rich and snobby aunts, uncles and cousins which I just can't bear with. AND I have to entertain these annoying lil' brats just to make my parents look good. I just can't throw their faces away just because of a few screamy kids. Must. Tahan.)
2. Visiting oto-san's friends or they come over. No privacy and it's SOOO noisy. Not forgetting their oh so ah-dorable and angel-like sons/daughters. S.O.S.
3. Trying not to say out loud words like shit, crap, die, go to hell, etc. It's kinda hard especially in secondary school life. Trust me.

I made a terrible mistake before. Thank god I managed to correct myself before it's too late.

Everybody out there, whoever that reads this, always be yourself. Never be afraid to show your true personality to others. Don't lock your innermost soul forever. I'm writing this based on real experience. I have endured what seems to be never-ending torture and suffering before, but as long as you have the strength and courage to open up most of your problems will gradually vanish into thin air.

Being somebody I'm not has hurt me both emotionally and mentally. There was a time when I went completely insane and berserk for a week. Being this other half may help you to gain popularity, coolness and earn you a place among the high-class cliques around but it doesn't help you to find what's deep within you. You have to continue to be this fake half to maintain and keep everything that you have currently so that your social grade won't drop to an E in one second. That's what I'd always thought in my primary school days. Boy, wasn't I so wrong.

After growing up a little more and getting used to being a lone ranger in school I realized that what I did previously was so stupid. If I could turn back the hands of the clock I would certainly be my ownself then talking useless crap all the time. If you think being cool can earn you true friendships, that will never happen. Trust me.

Now being myself I can socially adapt to the different people and situations in my daily, challenging life. So, the conclusion to this..

It’s not an English name I came up with for myself. My mother is indeed a genius in coming up with such a splendid name for me. Although my name has been unfortunately mutilated (nicknames are excluded) over the past years, full credits to my mum for my current identity.

Ironic, I know; this blog is mainly pink instead. I like all colours actually, but I find myself having an affinity to the colour green. In fact, I can safely say that green is my soul colour.

Languages, music, fashion, photography, cultures, dance, literature, writing; just about anything, really. The arts truly intrigue me, especially thought-provoking pieces. Of course, the arts play a major role in inspiring me in my everyday life.

I don’t have a favourite genre – I read any book that interests me!

I am a trained right-hander from young, since apparently being left-handed is considered ‘wrong’. Basically, I’m ambidextrous! No wonder I find it easier to air guitar using my left hand than my right; I simply relate to the arts than subjects that deal with logical thinking better, too.

A stubborn Bull I am, too. I abhor being rushed. I prefer doing matters at my own reasonable pace. I don’t particularly like changes in my routine, but I can adapt quite easily. I’m a very practical person as well. I enjoy the beautiful things in life, but that doesn’t make me shun ugliness at all. Besides, it all depends on how one perceives beauty. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder!

Still am, but I’m slowly learning to accept imperfection into my life. Also, I’m doing my best to erase the many expectations I have so I could one day master the art of letting go and freeing myself to simple happiness and joy.

Compared to before, I’m less dramatic nowadays. Language-wise, I attempt to blog flawlessly in English and speak proper English online with my peers. Call me a Grammar Nazi all you want, but that’s how I roll. I only converse in perfect English in formal situations and during my dramatic outbursts. Otherwise, I’m absolutely capable of communicating like the average Malaysian!

It’s a different issue altogether when you’re forced to learn for the sake of getting good grades, though. Other than that, I’m open to new information and knowledge anytime! I especially would like to learn more languages and pick up new musical instruments.

…are just some of the things I would love to do in the near future, hopefully!

Currently, I'm looking for a blogskin with the following requirements:

1. Blood-red butterflies.
2. Black background.
3. Anything that shows something emo, goth.
4. Only has all/some of the colours mentioned here; red, black, white, grey.
5. Has a wide enough space for me to put PV or MTVs.

If any of you have encountered a blogger template with the following requirements mentioned please please PLEASE drop a line at my tagboard. And if anybody knows how to make nice headers, please contact me. This blog needs some serious renovations. And I can't find decent ones on the Internet. Seriously I give up and now I'm seeking help from more experienced people. Domo.

I made a terrible mistake before. Thank god I managed to correct myself before it's too late.

Everybody out there, whoever that reads this, always be yourself. Never be afraid to show your true personality to others. Don't lock your innermost soul forever. I'm writing this based on real experience. I have endured what seems to be never-ending torture and suffering before, but as long as you have the strength and courage to open up most of your problems will gradually vanish into thin air.

Being somebody I'm not has hurt me both emotionally and mentally. There was a time when I went completely insane and berserk for a week. Being this other half may help you to gain popularity, coolness and earn you a place among the high-class cliques around but it doesn't help you to find what's deep within you. You have to continue to be this fake half to maintain and keep everything that you have currently so that your social grade won't drop to an E in one second. That's what I'd always thought in my primary school days. Boy, wasn't I so wrong.

After growing up a little more and getting used to being a lone ranger in school I realized that what I did previously was so stupid. If I could turn back the hands of the clock I would certainly be my ownself then talking useless crap all the time. If you think being cool can earn you true friendships, that will never happen. Trust me.

Now being myself I can socially adapt to the different people and situations in my daily, challenging life. So, the conclusion to this..
